ERGON House Ermou: The fourth House and our latest launch

ERGON House Ermou, the fourth house in the ERGON Houses collection, opens its gates on August 1st, with rooms bookable now. It's the newest chapter in a partnership we value deeply, and another characterful Athenian address we're helping bring to life on the commercial side.

Outlier has worked alongside ERGON across their growing family of houses and Ermou continues that story. As commercial partner, we support the property across sales, distribution and revenue management. From shaping the go-to-market and pricing strategy ahead of opening, to driving the right demand through the right channels once the doors are open.

Set in a restored heritage building at 98 Ermou Street, ERGON House Ermou feels less like a hotel and more like a house with a past: high ceilings, hand-painted frescoes left by the Athenian families who once lived here, and 24 rooms arranged around a communal courtyard, each with its own narrative.

At its heart is Taverna Ermou, with honest Greek cooking and a cobblestone patio that runs from morning coffee to late-night table. Up top, the Veranda Bar looks out across the city to the Acropolis, and reception doubles as the ERGON Originals store, stocked with Greek produce worth taking home. All of it on one of Athens' most historic streets, steps from Psyrri, Thiseio and Monastiraki.
